I was attempting to submit a ticket but the system keep saying that my SEN <JIRA(Server)> does not belong here and would not let me create the ticket. However, I could only pick from JIRA Core or JIRA Software. And either of them wouldn't let me submit the ticket. Please help
Jimmi Lin, do you have support available to your JIRA SERVER? because, as far I'm concerned you need pay for support. All software purchases include 12 months of maintenance. Maintenance entitles you to product support and software updates

Thank you! This issue is resolved. Looks like there was an issue for support channel to read SEN properly but fixed later.
