Recently migrated from self-hosted JIRA to JIRA cloud, and getting this error message for one of our projects when trying to move a sprint from backlog to in progress. I've read all of the other support requests here with the same error about a plugin that isn't installed on JIRA cloud, but I've installed all available plugins to match self-hosted, and configured them, and I'm still getting the error.
Unable to figure out how to obtain a log file for JIRA cloud to determine what plugin is giving me this error.
