Could not create issues through HTML link in Firefox and could not move issues

Hello,

User is trying to create an issue through HTML link, but which has got broken now and getting the below error in Firefox and whereas it is working fine in Chrome.

Also user could not move issues in Firefox.

We are using Jira cloud and Firefox version is 131.0. Can someone help to fix this issue please.

If you are experiencing the problem on one browser but not the other it means that the issue is not at the Jira level.

Out of curiosity can you try edge or Safari?

Please let me know so we can troubleshoot further.

I have the same problem. Worked in firefox before but either something changed in Jira or the new 131.0 update of Firefox broke something. I can move issues if they do not require any input (no modal/popup is shown). But any move that should show a modal just loads forever. Works fine in chrome. So for now I have a window of chrome open just to move issues.
