As an admin I want to add category custom field in issue`s
I was able to add only 1 category 'Тест' for issue`s but I could not find a way to add more.
Found an answer on another question, but could not replicate the way of adding:
If you are seeing "category" on the create issue screens, then it is a custom field that one of your administrators has added to your system.
To get more options into the list, get your admins to go to Admin -> Issues -> Custom fields -> <Category field> configure, where they will be able to amend the list of options.
I could not find Admin or Custom fields panels. Only found Issues in project, but as I see, that`s not what I wanted.

Are you trying to add the project category field to the issue? As much as I know this cannot be done, the field category can only be edited in the project setting. To add a new project category you can do so here:
