Could Jira be integrated with Forgejo via Development Tools?

My team has started using Forgejo for CI/Cd and I miss having the display of Branches and Reviews. I see Github and Gitlab as integration options. Would it be possible to have Gitea and/or Forgejo added to the list? Would (or could) that allow for branch creation and tracking the same way it did with Crucible and Bitbucket?
