If you've got Scriptrunner, as the automation tool @Ste Wright suggests, then the script at https://library.adaptavist.com/entity/copy-field-value-from-linked-issue is almost what you need.  Shouldn't be hard to reverse it so that it updates the fields on the linked issues instead of the current one.

You'll need some kind of Automation to make this possible.

Do you have Automation for Jira, or an automation/scripting App available on your instance?
