Copy/Paste screenshots through comments in Service Desk

For one of our projects, we can't seem to upload images through the comments like we can in out Jira projects. 

When we try to paste in the screen shot or the image, it brings up the upload image screen (which is normal) and lets us upload (also normal). But after the image is uploaded, the comment we were working on seems to have been deleted. 

We can still add already uploaded images to comments.

Julia,

When you upload the screenshot via Browse, there's the ability at the same window to enter comments. So, upload first, then comment in the comment area.
