Copy Custom Text Field to automatically set Insight Object Name

Hello Everyone,

I have a Text Custom Field where a Organisation Name is written in and based on that name i need the corresponding Organisations (which are Insight Objects) to be automatically set in the issue view.

Is there an easy way to accomplish that? I tried writing a script/listener but failed. I know how to copy an Insight Object into a Text Field but not the other way around.

I also tried the Workflow Insight Post Function to set the Object with a predefined value but it doesnt work either.
