I wanted to see if there's a way to convert a Kanban board to Scrum. We started with a Kanban project but we want to move to a Scrum board so we can set up sprints and better manage tickets that are already completed. At present, we have a growing list of completed tickets in the Kanban board that is making it hard to manage. Alternatively, I'd be open to finding a way to archive the tickets so they are hidden from the board but aren't deleted completely.
Hi @Jeremy Tillman,
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
Are you using a company-managed project or team-managed? In a company-managed project you just have to create a new board. If you are on a team-managed project you can changed it by going to Project settings > Features and enable Sprints.
Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to change the board type. However, there is a solution that can help you achieve your desired outcome. Instead of changing the board type, you can create a new scrum board by using an issue filter.
For your Scrum board you should follow these steps.

Thank you,

Hi Jeremy - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
If it is a Company-managed project, you will not be able to convert the board. You will need to create a new Scrum board.
Which type of project is it?
