How to change from one ticket type to another

If the config for both types is identical in the project, you can just put the type on the edit screen and edit it.

Otherwise, you have to use the "move" option to change the type.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
