Convert Issue to Subtask without Edit-Permission

Hi,

is it possible to convert issue to subtask without Edit-Permission?

The Edit-Permission has been removed due to Edit-Screen, so that people can edit an issue with edit screen.

No, you need edit rights to change the issue type.
