Control charts

Hi Atlassian Community,

I'm using Jira’s control chart to measure cycle time, and I need it to capture the total time issues spend in 'In Progress' statuses, including when they move in and out of these statuses multiple times.

1. Does the control chart add up all time spent in these statuses, or just the latest time an issue was in each one?
2. Would adding quick filters help to get the total time across all transitions in and out of these statuses, or is there another way to do this?
