I am seeing the following when opening the epic panel in my backlog-

Refresh the page and try again.
ERROR: C489J0

I have tried -

  • multiple page refreshes,
  • logging out and logging back in
  • opening the page in an incognito window

The error seemed to start after I re-ranked and closed out some of my epics.

Thanks for any help.

Hello @Pat Macpherson

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

That error is not tied to a specific error, but rather is a label inserted into the application log files that Atlassian Support can access to home in on the log messages at the time the error occurred.

I believe the pop-up that shows the code also says something along the lines that you should contact Atlassian Support if the problem persists.

Here we are a user community, not Atlassian Support. To contact Atlassian Support a ticket can be opened through https://support.atlassian.com/support/#/

Thankyou -  I have now raised a ticket with Atlassian support. When I created this post is I didn't realise that our tickets need to be raised by our central IT, so Help seemed to funnel me here without other options.

Thanks for the reply!
