Contact Administrators Form link just redirects back to login page?

I have configured the contact admin form in Jira 7.10.1 and set a message. However when I click on the lick, i'm simply redirected back to the login page. Anyone seen a problem like this before?
I am assuming that both features are ON under Admin Console (Form and message)
Can you please include a screenshot with the screen you get when you click on Contact Administrators? (Please make sure to hide any confidential information).
