Based on a browser translation of your questions, I see this:
It is possible to move the activity date in the schedule and have the following ones automatically updated, as project does.
It is possible to consult the percentage (%) of progress of a project.
Currently it is only possible to export the activities in an image or a .csv file. Is it possible to export to another format such as PDF or Excel?
Regarding automated date changes for issues, that is not a built-in feature like for Microsoft Project. There is a timeline (i.e. roadmap) view which supports dragging individual items. And it is possible, although quite difficult, to use automation rules for shifting dates. Addons from the Atlassian Marketplace may do this better, so perhaps investigate those.
Regarding the percentage of progress, that depends upon what your definition is for that measure. There are built-in features to show progress for Story/Subtasks and Epic/child issues as a progress bar of "not started", "in progress", and "completed". And there are some built-in reporting shown on the boards related to sprint progress in the same way. Automation rules could be used to calculate for other measures of progress.
Regarding exporting issues, the built-in exports support Microsoft Word, HTML, and various CSV formats. To export in other formats an Atlassian Marketplace addon would probably be needed.
