Consolidate schemes

I landed in a shop where each of the almost 300 projects has its own set of schemes (and even issue screens) and as a consequence JIRA has become hard to maintain.

To be able to consolidate all these I would need to compare each scheme with another (and each screen with another). Is there an easier way to this than eyeballing each one?
