Consequences of Deleting a Story in NextGen

There isn't a Resolution field in NextGen.

We have a Story sitting in our Backlog we know we are not going to do.

I wanted to Archive this Story, but don't see a way to do that, so I am considering Deleting it. Are there any downstream consequences in doing this?

Who has deleted Stories in NextGen?

the deletion consequences are displayed when you go to delete...

basically, if you delete it is gone and you cannot retrieve it. nothing more.
