Connecting and Disconnecting security containers via API

Hi, is there an API call I can connect and disconnect security containers from a certain tool? and get all connected containers by tool?

First of all, welcome to the Atlassian community, regarding your question, I checked the documentation and there is no reference to the API. 

Also I checked the following Jira API documentation and there is no reference to the Security containers:

• Organizations API
• Jira Cloud platform API
• Jira Software API

After reviewing the information, I couldn't find an endpoint that refers to the security containers, so I would assume that there is none.

Through the Connect modules there is information about a module that referes to Security information  This information is from the Atlassian developer pages and it is meant to be used by 3rd party apps.

I suggest you to raise a request to Atlassian support and seek and official answer if there is an endpoint for what you are trying to achieve.
