I created an Atlassian Workspace and Project so that I have strategic goals and high-level overview, then I created a Jira Cloud project so that my team has a working table, now, I want to connect these two but I can't seem to find how
I haven't bee able to get live support and Rovo keeps saying there are two methods but I just don't see any of the options he is describing!
Open the Jira Epic or work item you want to link and copy its web link / URL.
In the sidebar of your Atlassian Project page locate the "Where is the work tracked?" field. (THIS FIELD DOESN'T EXIST ON MY END, I AM THE PROJECT OWNER)
Paste the Jira link into the field.
Prompting will ask if you want to Sync with Jira. Select it to keep the title, start date, and target dates in sync between Jira and Atlassian Home.
Open the Jira Epic you wish to connect.
In the right-hand details sidebar, look for the Atlassian Projects section. (THIS FIELD DOESN'T EXIST ON MY END, I AM THE PROJECT OWNER)
Search for your Atlassian project and select it.
Confirm which dates and title to use for the initial sync.
As the guys said, you should be able to see this within each project but the UI might differ depending on which experience you have.

In Jira you should see Atlassian Projects field (should be automatically added to field scheme), but I'd suggest taking a look at recent announcement regarding this that came with summer realease: Atlassian Projects are now native in Jira 👈
Hope this helps.
Cheers,
Tobi
Hi Jesus - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
There are two places I would check.
First, open your Atlassian Project and go to the About tab. On the right-hand side, look for the Jira work section. From there, you should be able to click the + icon and add the Jira work items you want to associate with the project.
The other option is from Jira itself.
For a company-managed project, the Atlassian Project field may not be visible by default. A Jira admin may need to add the field to the relevant screen/layout first. Once it is available on the work item, you can select the Atlassian Project directly from there.
So I would check:
Atlassian Project → About → Jira work
and, if you also want the relationship visible/editable from Jira:
Jira Admin → add the “Atlassian Project” field to the work item screen/layout
Also, this connection is generally made at the work item level (for example, an Epic), rather than by linking the entire Jira project as a single object.
Hope this helps!

Hey @Jesus Marquez Lomeli - The way I found to connect them is via the About page for the project. On the right side, you'll see a Jira Work section, and that's where you can select the plus icon and add work items.
Do you see something similar on your end?
For my Company-Managed Project, I had to add the field to the screen as a Jira Admin to see it on the work item.
