Hi,
I want to connect a Gitlab self-managed repository and have been following the instructions here:
https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/integration/jira/dvcs.html
However, I cannot find the Gitlab option on this page https://xxxx.atlassian.net/secure/admin/ConfigureDvcsOrganizations!default.jspa
Is this only available for paid Jira only?
