I will have different (url) jiras services desk, for different companies. But all of them must have a link on a concrete workflow.
Can they be connected through an Api, when for example a ticket goes to a state in the workflow? Automatically register in the other service desk jira?
Is there something available that I can reuse?

Yes, you can accomplish this with API, but it would be too much code writing. Better use the Backbone Issue Sync plugin.
