[Confluence] Anonymous users cannot write comments

Hi,

We have an open space for documentation. Pages in this space can be viewed by anonymous users. We want anonymous users to be able to write comments.

It is allowed to write comments in the space settings, but when I open this page without authorization, I cannot write comments

We use confluence-7.18.1

There could be numerous reasons this is not functioning correctly. But this is a good start.
