Configuring a board

I want to be able to edit my project boards within jira/atlassian but somehow the button doesn't show up in my space. I found multiple articles like this; https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwarecloud/configuring-a-board-764477974.html on the help page but somehow the button isn't showing up.

Anyone familiar with this problem?

Hello,

If is a Jira software board or is it a business board? Do you have Jira software installed or only Jira Service Desk?

Hey Alexey,

First of all thank you for your fast response. It is a software board and it is in Jira Cloud. I think I fixed it already by changing the project from agile scrum of the featured projects into the agile scrum (classic). Now I can use Jira the way I want to. Very strange that this works and why they did this. But hey it works.
