Configuring Kanban and Scrum Board for a single project?

I want to configure Kanban board for Analysis & design team and Scrum Board for Build & test but both teams using the same project.

1) What's the best way to configure workflow so that outcome from Kanban team "Ready for Development" becomes input to scrum team?

2) Issues which were classified as DONE i.e. (Ready for Development) from Kanban do not get closed in JIRA and is visible in Plan mode for Scrum mode to manage sprint backlog.

1) You just need to do the appropriate column mapping on the boards. Since your workflow is kind of separate once it reaches Ready for development, it is really easy.

On the scrum board, you can configure the filter to show only issues that reached "Ready for Development".

2) As long as your workflow doesn't set the "resolution", tickets won't be closed in JIRA. For the Kanban board reports, issues will be considered DONE but not for the scrum board.
