Configure jira to use https

i think there's some thing am missing coz i followed the instruction https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/running-jira-applications-over-ssl-or-https-938847764.html but failed on the way . i tried changing from tomcat server.xml

to add conextpath but also failed
