Configure a Multi Project Board Next-gen

Hi,

I am evaluating jira cloud as a issue tracker.

We are an organization with teams that work on multiple projects and need to plan the sprint being able to visualize the problems of all projects and understand the workload to be done.

I read that next-gen actually can't show multi-project dashboard, is that correct?

Is there a plan to release this feature?

Yes, this is true. And yes, this is under investigation through this request: JSWCLOUD-17371. You can watch that ticket to stay informed of progress.

Be aware that for cross-project collaboration, Jira Software Company Managed projects are perfectly suitable as of today and the recommended way to go. It will take you a bit more effort to learn how to properly set them up, but that's definitely worth the effort!

thanks for the reply, I have tried the projects managed by Jira Software Company. it is a good solution but I cannot have a multi-project board and I can't monitor and manage multi-project issues in one place.

Is what I say correct or am I wrong to configure something?
