Configure Story points

I can't see the story points field. I went to the layout and added it so that it would appear, but it still doesn't show up in the issue. What can I do?

Hi @Martina Paschini and welcome to the Community,

if you go into an Issue, click the (...) in the upper right corner and click on "Find your field", it should give you a hint what's wrong:

Find a field on the issue view | Jira Cloud | Atlassian Support

Could be the Field Config or a missing context

You will need to add the field to the screen itself. You must be a Jira Administrator to be able to do that.
