Configure Jira Notifications

Hi,

Problem:  i have a custom workflow and each Jira item that had a transition on this workflow, i want to send a notification by email, but this email will be filled on the created screen of this  Jira Item

Question: Can i configure a custom text field and use it to send a email by custom event in post function? or something like that?
