Conditions tab is not displayed in workflows

It does not show the conditions tab in the workflows, before this they made a migration from one server to another server, when they perform this migration and when validating the workflows in all of them the conditions tab disappeared, the log has already been reviewed and displays WorkflowException Could not load condition 'due to The JIRA Suite Utilites add-on.

When running Troubleshooting and support tools> Log analyzer this error shows us WorkflowException Could not load condition 'due to The JIRA Suite Utilites add-on. and takes us to the next page

where it gives us a solution when trying the solution that indicates that it did not correct the problem, I contacted the support of the plugin and it says that my log, the log analyzer does not show any failure of its plugin, so I turn to the community to see if someone happened the same and you can share the solution I would appreciate it a lot

Indeed, it seems you are facing the problem mentioned in the documentation returned by the error message. I suggest you to try the following steps to properly troubleshoot your issue:

1. Backup your site
2. Uninstall your Jira Suite Utilities app by removing its Jar file, as described in the documentation below:
   Uninstalling apps 
3. Navigate to JSU marketplace page here and install the plugin
4. Run the Integrity Checker, flagging it to check the workflow integrity and fixing any errors returned
5. Restart your Jira and check if the problem is fixed
