Hello.I'm trying to set the condition of a transition in my workflow.The only two conditions I'd like in order for a ticket to be moved from In Progress > Done are:A Task ticketA Story ticket that has all sub-tasks set to Done However when I set the conditions above, I'm still allowed to move a Story ticket to Done that doesn't have any sub-tasks.Can someone advise on how the conditions should be configured please?Thanks

Hello.

I'm trying to set the condition of a transition in my workflow.

The only two conditions I'd like in order for a ticket to be moved from In Progress > Done are:

A Task ticket
A Story ticket that has all sub-tasks set to Done

However when I set the conditions above, I'm still allowed to move a Story ticket to Done that doesn't have any sub-tasks.

Can someone advise on how the conditions should be configured please?

Hi @James Wardle ,

Try adding the Value Field condition as a third condition to the "All of the following conditions" set.

With these parameters:

Try changing the top Any of the following conditions to All of the following conditions.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
