Conditionally display custom field on transition screen

With JIRA cloud is it possible to conditionally display a custom field within a transition screen?

For example, If I first captured a drop down value to a field titled "Payment Type" and that value was = "Cash" could I then conditionally display another custom field that I have titled "Amount"?
