Conditional Field in Jira

Can we have a custom field (Select List (single choice) field type ) conditional- "if Priority = 1 then this field is visible, and if Priority = 2, 3 then this filed not visible

I know we can do for text field using this https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-display-a-field-based-on-another-field-s-selection-649921383.html\\ but how to do for drop down issue type

@Ron JacobIf you are good in JavaScript,  you could  also  right a simple script that does this for you easily and add to  announcement banner, i think i have a good working solution i will  have to check into  my  plug-in codes.
