What is the field used to capture complexity in epic/story? 

do you measure complexity in Story point/Tshirt size?

Hi @Sundara Rao Damaraju 

It all depends on your team in my opinion. How familiar and comfortable they are using any of these. The estimation based on Story point or T shirt size is relative so any method will work fine. In Jira Software you already have Story Point field so you start using it immediately. There are reports like burn down chart that are based on Story points and a number field will help in building some other reports as well.
