Hello,
in Jira Workmanagement / Softwaremanagement (Cloud), tickets with the status “Done” are hidden from the “Done” lane after some time.
Is it possible to change this program behavior? So the tickets are still displayed?
I have no idea what added value this would have, but it is what my users want.
(It is known that the tickets are still available in the list view.)

You can change this setting from the board setting. configure board > general settings > Completed issues Choose how long completed issues stay on your board.

Your answer is may not be valid for the author's scenario.
The option you showed is available only for a Kanban board for a Company Managed Software project or a Kanban board created from a saved filter.
The Question is posted in the Jira Work Management forum and the user does mention Jira Work Management in their post. for the boards that come natively with Jira Work Management project there is no Configure Board option and the time period for hiding done issues is hard coded. @John Funk 's answer applies in that scenario.

As Trudy mentioned my response is suitable to Kanban board for a Company Managed Software project or a Kanban board created from a saved filter. Those setting i mentioned will not be available in the work management. sorry for that. like john mentioned that feature is not available you can vote that ticket and in that ticket they have workaround suggested. Please check if that solution works for you.
