Company User Account

Hi

We have a user account that is not an actual user.  I think it was created when the free account was created.  Is this needed, as it is using a license, or can I deactivate it?

Hi Wendy - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Do you have other users that are Org Admins and Jira Admins? If so, then you should be able to suspend the user account.

Thanks.  We have other Org Admins (no Jira Admins yet).  I didn't know if this user account was responsible for any automations etc.
