He estado usando jira por los últimos 4 meses con la suscripción gratis, al parecer por tener 1 usuario de mas el programa me hizo cambio a el plan Estandar, sin embargo me llego un mail diciendome que mi cuenta habia sido desactiva que llenara los datos del pago y ahi podia manejar mi suscripcion, lo hice y no me deja ni siquiera cambiar el tipo de plan no me sale nada.

I have been using jira for the last 4 months with the free subscription, apparently because I had 1 more user the program made me switch to the Standard plan, however I received an email telling me that my account had been deactivated to fill in the account details I paid and there I could manage my subscription, I did it and it won't even let me change the type of plan, nothing works out for me.
