It is not possible to connect directly to the database for Jira Cloud. https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/restricted-functions-in-atlassian-cloud-apps-744721664.html
You can access some functions though the API or with marketplace apps like ScriptRunner.

No se puede abrir una conexión directa a la base de datos de Jira Cloud. Lo que si puedes hacer es acceder a algunas funciones o pedir bloques de datos específicos por medio de la API o utilizando apps del marketplace, como ScriptRunner.Puedes la documentación para la API aquí:
