No portal de abertura de chamados do jira, está apresentando esse erro de que um campo oculto no formulário não tem um valor padrão válido configurado. Nunca aconteceu isso antes e não alteramos nada nos campos.
Poderiam me ajudar com isso, por favor?

Hi @Victoria Batista Welcome to the Community!
You can check the hidden fields under the Request Types.
Go to Project Settings> Request Types> Click on the particular request type and scroll to the bottom to see the hidden fields. Click on that field and check the value.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
