Como configurar para os cards concluídos não sumirem mais ?

Nós usamos o Jira Work aqui... Quando os cards são movidos para "concluídos", depois de um tempo, eles somem do quadro kanban ! Encontrei como configurar isso no Jira Software, mas é diferente no Jira Work... Como configurar isso no Jira Work ?

No Jira Work Management (projetos de negócios), os cartões concluídos ficarão ocultos no quadro quando permanecerem nesse status por 2 semanas ou mais. Isso é codificado. Não é possível configurar esta opção neste momento. 

Há uma solicitação de alteração sobre isso à qual você pode adicionar seu voto:

Com a fusão do JWM com o Jira Software é possível que isso seja resolvido no futuro, à medida que a funcionalidade entre os dois se torne disponível em ambos os tipos de projetos.

In Jira Work Management (Business projects) cards that have been completed will be hidden from the board when they have been in that status for 2 weeks or longer. This is hard coded. It is not possible to configure that option at this time. 

There is a change request about that to which you can add your vote:

With the merging of JWM with Jira Software it is possible that this will be addressed in the future as functionality between the two becomes available in both types of projects.

How can I configure completed cards to no longer disappear?

We use Jira Work here... When cards are moved to "complete", after a while, they disappear from the kanban board! I found how to configure this in Jira Software, but it's different in Jira Work... How to configure this in Jira Work?
