We are finding that there are comments being deleted on our tickets when no one deleted them. Has anyone encountered this issue? The only way we caught this was because we have set up email alerts. The project is still open and no one deleted the comment.
Can anyone fill me in here on what the issue could be?
The email alerts should be telling you who deleted the comments. Could you check that?
