I’ve noticed the following display issue between the mobile and browser versions and haven’t found any help on it yet.
Problem:
A user creates a comment in the mobile app:
The comment consists of a complete sentence.
However, in the browser version, the comment stops right after the mention and is cut off.
The comment was not edited.
Is this a known issue? Andy ideas?
Hi @Sven I'm not able to recreate the issue using my iPhone for the mobile version and my Windows PC for the browser. Is this happening for all users? Is there some particular use case that has this happen every time? Is it a particular user that is creating the message, or the user mentioned in the work item? Does it happen with a particular mobile version/phone type and or browser combination? Are all of the mobile apps up to date? Are you using the latest Chrome/Edge?
Sorry for probably mentioning things you've already tried, but I'm wondering if there anything that can narrow down the workflow that causes the issue, or find a specific way to replicate the issue. I took a quick look on Atlassian's Jira Site and nothing jumped out at me.
