Comment screen when approving an issue not showing

Hi everyone

I want to display a comment screen when the approver approves the issue but the comment screen is not showing up and just transition to the next status.

Here's what I have done so far:

1. Create a blank screen
2. In the workflow transition, I selected the blank screen that I have created
3. Publish the workflow

Am I missing some steps?

There is a permission to comment issues. Check if you or user with this trouble has it.

I made it work by creating a new notification scheme. Weird isn't it?
