Hello again!

I've made an automation rule for sending comment to the linked issue, if the status of main issue is "Done".

But its not working because of this:

What is wrong with my links? I have it in my mail issue =(

Hi

Could you check that the scope of your automation is Multiple project or Global and include TOD and MAC project ?

Also check that on the branch item the option 'Only include issues that have changed since the last time this rule executed' is idsabled.

Regards

Should be in the Rule details, where you set the name and actor of the rule. If you set it as project admin it's the issue as you cannot do multiple/global project automation if you are just project admin.
