Comment box when closing a sprint

My Scrum Master is wanting to add a comments box when closing a sprint, is it possible to do that? I see when opening a sprint it has a sprint goals box for comments and was hoping there was a way to add something similar when closing a sprint.

Not possible on jira cloud.
