Comment Field: cannot see my cursor on the screen

Hi! I am new to Jira, so my question might look strange..

Every time I want to write a comment and I start my cursor to commence typing, the cursor "hides" behind the left border of the comment window. So as a result, the first 2-3 letters of my sentence are invisible while typing (on each line). But when I add the comment, the letters become visible!

It irritates so much when you write "Hello everyone!", but you see only "llo everyone!"

How can I adjust my comment field? Maybe there is a kind of a ruler to adjust the indent?
