I created a Kanban board for one of my projects. By default there are 3 columns, ie. "to-do", "In-progress", and "Done". I created 2 more columns i.e. "Blocked" and "On" hold. However, I can drag an issue from the defaults column to one another, but I cannot drag issues to the newly configured columns. like I can drag an issue from "To-Do" to "In-progress", but I cannot drag from "In-progress" to "Blocked".

On a board, you need to have at least one status from the workflow mapped to a column. The ability to drag a card from one column to another is dependent on whether there is a transition between the two statuses.

In your example, do you have any statuses mapped to the Blocked? If you don't that's why you can't drag from In Progress to Blocked.

And, even if you do have a status mapped to the column (let's say the status name is Blocked), if there isn't a transition in the workflow from In Progress (or whatever status the issue is in when it is in the In Progress column) to Blocked, then you can't drag the issue from In Progress to Blocked.
