Colour and font weight options of Custom Field value not displaying when imported from csv

Hi all,

I am sorry if this is a basic question, but it's doing my head in. I am using Jira Software (server) and have a Select List (single choice) field called 'Team'. The options for this value are 'Team 1' and 'Team 2', with colour and font weight defined as follows:

<span style="font-weight:bold">Team 2</span> 

This works fine when I select the 'Team' value within Jira. Most of our projects are imported from csv file though, which also works fine except for the font weight and colour which don't appear. In the csv file I have tried just having the value i.e. Team 1 and mapping it to the Team 1 value in the import configuration, and the whole option string as above. Either way, a new option for the custom 'Team' field is created with just the value text without the colour and font weight parts. The same happens if I don't map the field values too.

Is there a format I need to specify in the csv or something else I need to do to get the correct color and font weight to appear after importing the values from the csv file? Doing a bulk edit after import is pretty time consuming and I figure there has to be an easier way.
