Collecting statistics on filter usage

Hi,

I am looking for a solution to collect filter usage. I tried to intercept the REST API call, but I could not find any information about the filters.

Do you have a solution to collect this information and extract statistics on filter usage?

What do you mean by "usage"? 

Do you mean where filters are configured for dashboard gadgets, reports, boards etc?  Or people have starred them (like bookmarks in a browser, to go back to)?  Or people are running them?

Thanks for your answer. I mean when people are running them. I would like to intercept every time a user calls a filter. To have the information on which filters is really used.

Jira does not track that, you will need to look to the access logs to see when people are using the issue navigator.
