Clustered issues of control chart - what is the logic?

I would like to understand the logic to cluster issues in the control chart. My control chart currently represents various clusters/groups of issues in a day (green dots vertically positioned over the same day). I don´t know (and haven´t found info about it) why there´s not only 1 dot each day, and the logic to differentiate clusters.

I do not have an answer but I am seeking the same explanation and I cannot seem to find any information about why certain issues are clustered. Hopefully someone has the answer - thanks!

See here an example of what I mean. For example, see that on 5th August there are many dots (some clusters, some individual). What is the logic for separating them?
