Does Jira have the capability of tracking performance of a development team organized in a cluster format:
1/by technology family (IOS, Android, Front End, Back End) AND 2/ by cluster (each cluster borrows one member from each technology family to work on a module ( module are sub divisions of projects). We would continue to manage the modules via agile methodologies (scrum, sprints etc).
